LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Nmoto Inc., and its affiliates, is an independent business and in no way connected to BMW Motorad, or its related companies. Nmoto does not accept returns or provide refunds of any kits or custom motorcycles purchased, unless the item arrives in a defective condition.
Kits are made individually to custom orders and specifications, and therefore cannot be resold, repackaged, or redistributed as new. As a result, Nmoto does not accept returns of kits nor does it provide refunds for any kits or custom motorcycles purchased. If an item or kit arrives in a defective or damaged condition you must submit a request for an exchange of the parts or new kit within fifteen (15) days from the date of the purchase
All damaged or defective returned items, kits, or custom motorcycles must be new (unused), with the original packaging and display no signs of wear and tear, or other usage. If an item is unable to be resold for any reason, or shows signs of customer-inflicted damage or wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse return. In all instances of making a return, you, the customer, shall be responsible for all costs associated with shipping and handling fees and charges. There are no refunds or returns for any reason, even those stated above, on orders placed outside of the United States.
Shipments outside of the United States may encounter customs and duty fees or be subject to other taxes. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which are determined by its custom’s law in the destination country. Customers will be responsible for paying the customs duty and taxes. Nmoto, Inc., is in no way responsible for the coordination of processing its kits through customs of the desired destination. Any prohibition or refusal to release by the customs department of any particular country is the responsibility of the buyer and not Nmoto, Inc., no refunds will be provided due to difficulties with the customs or any country.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Nmoto reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. By placing a credit card order, the customer grants the Nmoto Inc .permission to contact their bank to verify name and address. Golden Age Kit customers can request a refund up to thirty days from the date of the initial order is placed.

LOG FILES:

All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, has restricted access at Nmoto, its headquarters, the site of manufacturing, and any other location associated with the construction of Nmoto motorcycles. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, order clerk, sales representative, or a customer service agent) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Access to the information is made via a password-protected site. Each time an employee needs to access information, they must enter their password to gain access to the information. SUPPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION:
In order for this web site to properly fulfill its obligation to our customers, it may be necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from third party sources.
For example, to determine if customers qualify for financing, the dealership may use their name and social security number to request a credit report or approval from a lending institution. Any disclosed information is protected for the user’s best interest.
SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES:
