NMOTO AT BMW MOTORRAD DAYS 2019 AND WHEELS & WAVES

NMOTO NOSTALGIA AND BMW R7 SHOWCASED AT WHEELS & WAVES AND MOTORRAD DAYS

Miami – July 18th, 2019 –June was a big month for newly established Nmoto Studios of Miami. Their Nostalgia creation – a modern interpretation of the legendary BMW R7 motorcycle – was invited by BMW Group to be displayed alongside the original pre-war prototype at two major events in Europe.

Events in France and Germany prelude to debut at Pebble Beach Concours next month.

After a celebrated premiere at the Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza in May, Nmoto and BMW – who brought the vaunted R7 out of their museum – were featured at Wheels & Waves in Biarritz, France followed by BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch, Germany.

“Both events are major summer affairs on the motoring calendar,” says Nmoto founder Alexander Niznik. “Wheels & Waves is a lifestyle event that attracts a younger demographic from around the globe, whereas Motorrad Days is the largest gathering of BMW riders in the world. Like Villa d’Este in Italy, these celebrations in France and Germany are the very best of their kind and our Nmoto Nostalgia was extremely popular at both.”

Launched just over six months ago, the Nostalgia motorcycle is a modern interpretation of the 1934 BMW R7 Prototype. Based on the current, award-winning BMW R Nine T, the Nostalgia is fitted with nearly 100 handcrafted pieces and offers classic Art Deco looks with modern performance and reliability. A masterstroke of craftsmanship, it’s a motorcycle unlike anything else on the market today.

After its launch at December’s New York International Motorcycle Show, the Nostalgia was offered at a below-cost introductory price of $49,500. Now that six months have passed and orders have been placed by enthusiasts ranging from Grammy-winning musicians to world-renowned historians and even three museums (one in Germany and two in America), the Nostalgia is priced at $79,500.

With successful appearances in Italy, France and Germany, Nmoto will debut the Nostalgia at the world’s largest and most celebrated classic automotive event – the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. “This is a tremendous honor for us,” adds Niznik. “To think that this time last year we were just a concept, and now we’ve been privileged to be involved in the most prestigious motoring events on Earth is humbling.”

Nmoto Nostalgia can be viewed in person at Pebble Beach on August 17th and 18th. For more details and information about Nmoto, visit nmoto.com. For press inquiries, including professional images, interviews and test rides, please contact sales@nmoto.com.
